Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September 1983) is an American actress who is best known for her roles in the roles of Shannon Rutherford on the ABC TV series Lost as well as Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. After the divorce of her parents, she left Worthington, Ohio to live at Los Angeles. The actress landed her first part in the film, Rachel's Room's title character, in 2001, despite having a difficult time in the financial department. The TV film Murder in Greenwich that she appeared in, where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress on Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award with all the cast. After leaving the show, Grace would like to be on film more frequently, having starred opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken the year 2008) as Suburban Girl and the Jane Austen Book Club. She reprised the role as Kim Mills in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the main character Alice on Malice in Wonderland a modern take on Lewis Carroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to Shannon's character in Lost for two episodes, including the series final. Grace was a part of the show's sixth season that aired from 2013 to 2014. She is Faith an actress who is a muse for the stars, and draws the attention from Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Her career began in the teen years with minor parts in a few of the films of her father and starred alongside her brother in the popular cult film Donnie Darko (2001). She then appeared on Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim for her performance in the erotic romance comedy drama Secretary (2002) as well as the dramatic Sherrybaby (2006) each of which resulted in an Golden Globe Award nomination.
