Sarah Rafferty
Sarah was bitten by the acting bug when she was in the pre-school years. The passion for acting began when her drama teacher spotted her jogging across the lawn in order to get to her the field hockey game on time. She was told that she was able to skip rehearsal to be part of Richard III's actors. Sarah discovered her love for acting seriously and chose to double majoring in English as well as theatre in Hamilton College. She studied in the UK at Oxford as well as London in her senior years and was awarded an honorary magnacum laude. Following Hamilton was over, she enrolled in Yale Drama School. Sarah was urged to study about the arts from both her parents. Her mother is chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT as well as her father who is a painter. Her training and talents paid off. Her appearances have also been on many TV programs, such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without a Trace CSI Miami, Bones as in feature films such as Four Single Fathers or Falling For Grace as well as professional stage productions like As You Like It and Gemini. Sarah has worked as an advocate for the Alzheimer's Association since she began acting in TV. Sarah was the host of the annual Sardi's event for the past three years, and also spoke at the Sardi's final event for the organization in March of 2016. Sarah lives in the west and east coasts of America, with her husband and two daughters and is employed in Toronto.
